Order Processing & Dispatch

All confirmed orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours of being placed.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during high-volume sale periods may require a little additional processing time.

Delivery Timeline

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately 7–8 working days, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or remote delivery locations.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through the contact information provided at checkout, wherever applicable.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes.
